Doctor Damages

 


The Dr. Damages show is a Nigerian weekly satirical online television show that airs each Saturday on SaharaTV. The show takes a satirical look at recent stories in politics and pop culture in Nigeria and around Africa. The show opens with a monologue by host, Rudolf Ogoo Okonkwo. Some episodes have segments where two characters, Mazi Anu Nti and President Goodluck Jonathan (all played by the host) make periodic appearances. Other segments often featured are Top Ten Reasons and Your emails. The character, Dr. Njakiri Damages is a complete nonentity who has a deep sense of righteous ire.
