In Part 1 of “Back To My Roots” Tracy started the process of discovering where her African ancestry originates from in Africa.

Tracy’s  quest  stemmed from a street protest in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood held by members of the controversial “Black Israelites,” who often question their identity as members of the  black race.

Tracy traveled to the headquarters of African Ancestry in Washington DC for a DNA test and returned to New york City to engage New Yorkers about the test and black identity.
